In special cases to request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@neshcorp.com. Please include your order number, a description of the product or service, and the reason for the refund request.
Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item or evaluated your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item or evaluating the service.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
